Enable Customer Interaction Center in S/4 for Customer Management 2.0 - Configurations

I am working on a requirement where a client has S/4 for Customer Management 2.0 licensed and now, as a next step, wanted to have a basic view of customer interaction center with fundamental NMI/Business Partner search capability using NMI / Customer Details.

What ICF service is required to be activated to enable web-based customer interaction center in S/4 Customer Management 2.0?

What are the user authorization requirement to access the same?

How search functionality can be enabled in web based customer interaction center in S/4 for Customer Management 2.0? What all configurations are required to be done?
