Missign parts wrongly calculated

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with the missing part list. The client has made one production order for 10 nos of header material. One of the BOM items are required @ 4 nos/No of header material. Accordingly, the system has calculated, 40 nos as required qty. But in the system, there is a stock of 6 nos. for that material. When we try to release the order, it gives the missing parts list and the system is not giving any figure in the confirmed qty, though the stock of 6 nos is available. It is showing the quantity of missing parts as 40. Kindly guide me where things are going wrong.
