I have recently setup some maintenance optimizers (MOPZ) in our system. When my collegue accesses transaction /ndswp she can see all the mopz's listed. When she accesses the MOPZ via solman_workcenter or NWBC she can only see either ones she has created or amended. Is there a setting in Solman or a role that we need to allow us to see each others MOPZ within work centers.
Our system is Solution Manager 7.01 with EHP1 and SPS22.
Thanking you.

I got this working for only 1 of my collegues. I added the business partner into "More Fields"/ "Business Partners"/"Support Team". When trying to add another the MOPZ says "Too many Support Team entered. Remove 1". I added a group Business Partner but was unable to created the right Partnership to allow other collegues to access the MOPZ.
Does anybody know how to configure Business Partnerships?

Hello,
Thank you for your post. I have been playing with Business Partners and have got it working. I will have to do some more investigation into Business Partners but at least I can now progress.

Hello Mr Burrow,
The issue is not to do with roles. In fact, the default queries in the change management Work Center are written in a way that lets you only see the Maintenance Optimizer transactions in which your business partner is present.
Perhaps you can include a link to the URL for the BSP for service dswp_bsp, and enter the Maintenance Optimizer list from there, in case you need a web browser interface. I think it is also possible to define other queries in the Work Center or in the 'My Home' Work Center so that you can see all Maintenance Optimizer documents.
Best regards,
Miguel Ariñ
