HR Breaks and PM/CS Order Scheduling

Hi guys.

We have an issue whereby we have breaks defined against the HR employee (TCode PTMW) as per corporate HR requirements.

However, when we plan splits against the operations we do not want the dates/times to be rescheduled according to these HR breaks.

Example: HR break is between 12:00 and 13:00 If we plan a 2H split in the PM/CS order starting at 11:30, then the system reschedules the end time to 14:30 We want it to be 13:30 as the tecnicians lunch break times are flexible

Any ideas how to disable this HR/PM integration?

Note: we have opened an OSS Message to SAP and are awaiting a response
