Subtotals Report Painter

Hi,

I would like to know, the way to make subtotals by account ( or other characteristic). The subtotals will be by first four digits of account in report Painter.

Example

Accounts

5721000000

5721000001

5721000002

5721000003

........

.......

Subtotal 5721*

Continue for the rest of the report...
