How to Create Attributes for Territory using WEB UI in CRM 7.0

Hi,

I need to create a Territory using WEB UI. But, I am not able to see any Attributes for Territory in the WEB UI.

Can you please let me, is there any thing needs to be done to display attributes in WEB UI.
