We have maintained values in Item Processing Codes in the Ticket fine tuning activity in C4C. In addition to the already existing standard values, we have maintained Z values as well.
However currently the system is not allowing us to delete any of the values maintained ? (the delete button is greyed out).
Is this due to already existing Work Tickets having these Item Processing Codes used in them? Or are we missing some other configuration.
