Experiencing issues with t-code ME23N

Hi Gurus ,

could anybody guide with the following issue:-

ME23N/ME23 in ECC 6.0 system doesnot show up the column :Amount in Local curency at the itemlevel details of a Purchase Order. There has been a recent upgrade in the system and after that when we compare we see that.

SAP4.7 shows up the column 'Amount in Local Curr' at Item Level for any Purchase Order.But the same thingh when checked up with any PO in ECC 6.0 system it doesnot appear.

Could anybody please guide as per how shall we check the Screen fields assigned to ME23N t-code in SApsystem ECC6.0.

Hi

you could ask your basis team to give the authorization ZPU00001.You should be able to see the amount after doing so

Note : Just to add one more point, in EKPO there is no "Amount in LC" field exist. That's the reason I am a bit confused. As you have said there was an upgrade, so was that a custom enhancement?

I m checking the tab : Purchase Order History from ME23N.

Is there a place at configuration level to check the fields asigned to ME23N screen ?

regarding upgrade i m not awrae wether that was a custom enhancement >>>> can u gide me how to find that ?

No that is a standard field for Purchase Order History tab. In that Tab, there is a button Select Layout. Go there and select "Change Layout". There in right hand column set search for "Amount in LC". Select that one, it will be displayed in your tab

Aldready checked using ChangeLayout , but there was no such field listed.

Only after checking that i made this POST in SDN.

Looking for an alternative to check the issue at SPRO : SAP Configuration level

I can display the same in my system. Check if there is any authorization issue or not. After running ME22n / Me23n run T-code SU53, check any authorization object failed or not? If yes, get authorization for that object. - Kuntal

well there are no authorization issue . have checked with SU53 also.

Since for other sytems i could see the Amount field in POHistory Tab. But not for ECC6.0.

Is there a way in which its configuration can be checked.

How to find an EXIT for this t-code? if any enhancemenmts can be changed.

Well i could check with soem other document types in ME23 the PO History shows the field Amount In Local Currency.

But when i check the same PO in ME23N i cannot see that field at item levelin POHistory tab .

Could anybody suggest me how shall i proceed to check this t-code in order to think of a procedure to solve that. Apart from the ways discussed above .

Or is there any way to check the screenlayout assigned to aPurchase Order Type un COnfiguration level.

If there is then plz post meit can help.
