Service PR Not editable

Hi Experts,

We have version management active for PR.

In case of service PR (item cat. 'D') system is not allowing to change the PR once PO gets created for the same.

This is not as per the standard behaviour and system shd allow to change the PR qty even after creation of PO

Pls help
