Is it possible to apply an item Price based on price lists during stock posting process

Hi All,

Under perpetual inventory system, a customer is using a moving average inventory method for every item. However, during inventory count, he wants to apply the individual prices based on the price lists related to each individual item and not the average price. Is it possible to apply this during stock posting process?

If any one could help on this would be appreciated.

Hello Biniam...yes, you can select the Price List on the Inventory Posting Window - it is the fourth field from the top on the left-hand side of the Inventory Posting Window.

Please test this out first in your Test Company/Environment...and make sure the Financial Impact is what you are looking for...

Hello,

After Inventory Counting you need to Add Inventory Posting based on Inventory Counting document.

While adding Inventory Posting Select "Price Source" as By Price List and Select Price List you want to select. You will get prices as per price List.
