Problem in Portal Session time out

Hi All,

Currently we have set the session time out for portal as 30min.

Its working fine.

Now the problem is, even though someone is working on iview(of type web dynpro java applciation ) in the content area, the pop-up appears for time out.That means it is not considering any event or activity on content area.

How to resolve this issue.

Any suggestions?
