PO still appears in Goods Cnfirmation screen even if GR was already done.

Hi Gurus,

Please help. User have done goods confirmation but when the page was refreshed, it still shows PO that have been confirmed. When we try to do confirmation again, we encounter this error "PO <xxxx> contains no items for confirmation".

Can please advice on why closed PO are still reflected in Goods confirmation screen?
