Problem in salary projection statement ESS

We are having ESS/MSS portal and facing problem in salary projection statement. In salary projection statement we are getting 0 values in various sections of statements. It is running ok for some employee groups but we are facing issue in some other employee group.

Do i need to do any kind of configuration from ESS Side? Please advice.

Hi,

Check the payroll simulation log for any employee whether you are getting proper data in wage types /410 to /460.
