Query not changeable after system copy and patch to EHP1

Dear experts,

wie have a changeable query on our production system with one keyfigure which based on 0unit. Now we copied the development system of the production system area to a sandbox system and patch it to EHP1. After this copy and patch we have the problem that the queries aren't changeable anymore. The query is marked in query designer 7 as changeable an the keyfigure is marked also, but no input is possible. Does anybody knows an answer?
