Hi Vasu,
Not really sure, but you can check with the ISubscription, ISubscriptionList, ISubscriptionAttributes, ISubscriptionManager related Subscription APIs might give you some thought to write an application to export them and import to target system based on an RID.
But stressing again, it might not be a correct solution so pelase check the getter/setter methods of those [EP APIs|http://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW04S/SPS09/km/index.html]
Thanks,

Hello,
If you are using [CTS+|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/index?rid=/webcontent/uuid/c0ce1dd8-c020-2b10-d080-a1cd3e985af1], you can achieve this.
Refer the last point in this [Transport of Configuration Data|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/e1/029c414c79b25fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm] and [Exporting KM Content|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/46/77da3bb8036ef0e10000000a1553f6/frameset.htm]
We use the above method for our KM transport

Hi
You can transport the your content using Syndicator and subscriber through ICE.This is the most easiest way to do the
Transport.
