Calling a Portal page from a existing Portal page

Hi Folks,

I have requirement to Open a Portal Page on clicking on the existing portal( it has an view linked to WDFA application)

To be more specific. from the portal page When I click on the Link to action element on the existing Portal Page it opens a WebDypro appliction but I have to open the same in a Portal page
