SAP 9.2 HANA PL03, cloud.
In-application alerts sometimes don't appear, until we close the alert windows and re-open it. it happen to more than one users, is there any idea what cause it?

I did the following things and the issue solved:
1. Restarted the alert service through service layer
2. Include 'AlertSvc' in the alerts
