HELP: blanket order variant

Hi all experts

1.what's the sort of variant SRV set in the OMEB for FO(blanket PO)? transaction variant or screen variant?

2.why I can't find it via SHD0, even more I can'f find any purchasing variant which should start as MEXX while I listed all the transaction variant in the current system.

PS: the version is 4.6C, SRV is in the layout field in ECC.but it is same thing
