No instance getting created in SWI1 or SWIA for BUS2045 usagedecisionmade

Hi,

i have created workflowfor QM UD . i.e For usage decision .

i am using BUS2045 BO and usagedecisionmade event.

i have activated the workflow .

When i do the UD through the QA32 transaction for the inspectionlot .

Normally i believe the instance should get created in Swi1 or Swia but there is no entry .

i switched event trace on i get the instance there .

Can you please help me understand as to why the entries are not getting listed in Swi1 and swia.
