How to get material flow tasks after finishing a production order

Hi,

when finishing a production order the material Needs to be moved from the production site to a warehouse location.

For this transport a material movement task is needed.

Is there any possibility to create such a task automatically in ByD?

Hi Klaus,

You can achieve this by configuring Removal rules in the logistics area (production LOA). This can be performed only when the logistics area to which the finished goods needs to be moved is under the same site as where the production is completed.

If the output product is to be moved from one site to another, then you will have to create a stock transfer order and then move it. You can refer the help document titled "Replenishment and Removal" for more details.
