Hello all,
we have already customized the solution manager and everything worked fine. Suddenly the menu from DSWP - OPERATIONS has disappeared. On the right side, we are only able to see one menu bar with all buttons (Service Desk - Change Management - Support Package Stacks - Graphics - Cetrifiactes - Issues and Top Issues .....). No one of them work. A klick on the buttons show no change.
The left side looks normal (Soluiton Overview - Solution Landscape - Operations Setup - Operations). The Solution Landscape has been defined and works. In SMSY everything looks ok.
Any ideas are very welcome. We tried already a lot (new Support Packages, new Kernel, new definition of the Solution Landscape).
Thanks in advance.
Hello Jahred,
thank you for your answer, but I don't know what means "open_DMD". There is no such transaction or button. We use SOLMAN 7.01 SP05 (BASIS and ABA) and SP22 ST-400

Hello Jarhed,
thanks a lot. You brought me to the way of the solution. I changed the current version of the model definition SOLMAN4.0 FP04 and model instance SAP from 14 to the former version 12. Now the screen looks normal again.

Hello Detlef,
One thing you can try is to refresh the model definitions.
Try the steps below on the system.
TA - DSWP
TA - dmd_open
Model definition SOLMAN 4.0 FP04
Model instance SAP
Select active version 13
Menu->Versions->Delete Version 13
SE38 - run program RDSWPRULESUPDATE to download the version 13 again.
