we have various transaction types that record interaction like Interaction Log, Interaction Record, and on CRM web UI when we open an account we also see Interaction history.
I feel the difference is only where these transactions are created, i mean the context. However I am assuming when I open a particular and see the Interaction history, I want to be able to see what was discussed with that customer may be about a particular deal or product.
When I create Interaction log, it goes and sits into the planned activities. And when the interaction log status is set to complete its part of the interaction history. Can anyone tell me what is the transaction type or the way the interaction history is stored. How can I see it on CRM GUI.
