Material Stock along with open order qty

Dear All,

Is there any standard report where in i can get the stock of any material at a location along with the Open purchase order qty

for multiple item

in mmbe i can get only single item wise ...

kindly guide.

Go to MB52

Enter Plant & Location.

Check flag - "Also select special stocks". Give 'E' (Orders on hand) as the special stock indicator.

Please check if this meets your requirements.

special stock E is sales order stock, stock that is physically in your location but allocated as make to order stock to a certain sales order.

This has nothing to do with open purchase orders.

This will not help as i want the open purchase order qty of any material with multiple selection of materials.

Please help if there is any standard report and else how can i develop the same

format would be

material code unstk stock open purchase order qty.

Dear,

There is no std report as per ur requirement, u need to develop a Z-report for ur requirement.

Make use of table MARD for UR Stock, and

open PO qty check table EKET (Scheduling Agreement Schedule Lines)

Open Po Qty = field: MENGE(Scheduled Quantity)-field: WAMNG(Issued Quantity) and also check

In EKPO table field ELIKZ is for Delivery completed

PO's for which this flag is not ticked are considered as open PO to get Open order Qty u need to check fields

MENGE Order quantity

WEPOS Goods receipt

Diff bet these two fields is Open Order Qty

Check t.code MD04 Collective access
