Single Sign on

In our organization the Main Server is by the name of Production Server. We have Solman installed on a different server; hence to trace activities on issue raised on Solman via Production Server a separate log on is required.

We are in look out for a single log on(Sign on) for both Production Server & Solman.Additionally we need guidance on how to map Mail trigger function, to the initiator of the issue & Domain Expert on any activity on issue raised in Solman.

Kindly provide detailed guidance, while we look forward for the desired result with the installed existing set up.
