Asset Fiscal year(2009) user closed by mistake,how to open.

Hi All,

Client has given Asset values as on 31.3.2009 and wants to run Depreciation in PRD from 2009-April after upload.

(2009-1st Period Domestic Client)

so now i need to upload all Assets in PRD.

But user is closed 2009 fiscal year in PRD by mistake..

Please guide me

1.how to open 2009 Asset Fiscal Year.

I tried in T.C: OAAQ but system is not allowing.

2.and also clarify me what date should i take as Take over date?
