Not able to post douments thru RFBILB00

Hi,

I get the following error 'Account 80401000 requires an assignment to a CO object' while posting document using progrM RFBIBL00.

Assignement is defined as an options filed in config.

If I go to the 'Progitability Segment' and hit on 'Continue' button it works. Internally the Object number is populated.

Please help as to what value should i pass to the program RFBIBL00 to avoid this erro.

Regards,

uk

Hi,

Oh, long ago, I hope I remember correct.

If you want RFBIBL00 to populate COPA segment you have to populate at least one of the RKE_xxxxx (or was it RKEG_xxxxxx) fields in BBSEG, e.g. RKE_BUKRS.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Since the assignement is configured as optional, I am passing '/' No data to these fileds.

Also I tried passing the value to one of the rke fileds but get the following message ' No batch input data for screen..'

Hi,

Check whether the G/L account is also a cost element. In that case the system requires a CO assignment no matter if they are optional or not.

Hi,

I tried that also.

I am passing value to RKE_PSPNR (WBS Element).

Still I am getting the error. Any idea why is the error still coming.

Hi,

Have you had a look into the created BDC data (or are you using direct input?)? Is PSPNR still filled there?

If you are using DI, try, just for test purposes, batch input to inspect the data.

Hi Gerd,

Please refer to Notes 122755. It requires that we pass the RKE_BUKRS filed along with the cost object.

This triggers the screen and posts the document sucessfully.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks,
