smartform unable to interpret html

Hi folks,

I have a problem with smartforms, it's unable interpret html code for including an image <IMG src = etc. etc.>. This is working working in Dev, but after moving to Test environment, it's failing to interpret and consequently it ends up showing the html code as text.

Please shed some light on it.

Hi Santoshkotra,

switch on SMARTFORMTRACE in dev and qs, run and compare the traces.

probably it is a transport problem, your image is avalable on dev, maybe not on qs.

Hi Guys,

Hope you doing fine. I have also used a program similar to SF_XSF_DEMO_MAIL. But I'm facing a problem and maybe you can help me out.

In my case, all the styles which I have mentioned in smartform is not getting displayed in the Email, ie, if some text is made bold, then it is not coming as bold text in email. Can you please suggest me a solution for the same as I need the solution urgently.

Hi,

After uploading your Image in SE78 transaction select the BMAP image and say Transport to QTY/PRD.
