UWL task item - On clicking shows Portal runtime error

Hi Experts

When clicking a task under Task tab in Inbox of UWL I am getting error

*Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Refer to the log file for details about this exception*
