Hi Friends,
Why do we create Infotype 8, 14 and 15 for applicants in Recruitment(PB30)?
How can we reimburse travel expenses to the applicants?
Regards,
Parul.
Hi
Adding infotypes in the Recruitment (you can use all the data stored in these infotypes as mail merge fields for contract generation):
Planned working time (Infotype 7)
Basic Pay (Infotype 😎
Recurring Payments / Deductions (infotype 14)
Additional Payments (Infotype 15)
Contract Elements (Infotype 16)
You can automatically generate contracts for the applicants you want to Hire, with the help of these infotypes.
When u Hire an applicant you can transfer the applicant data to personnel Administration. You transfer the applicant data directly from the applicant data base to the employee data base. All the data you enter in the Recruitment infotypes is adopted as default values in personnel Administration after the data transfer.
Hope this is clear.

At initial level, when so many applicants apply for a vacancy, why do we need to create infotypes 7, 8, 14 and 15 for each and every applicant?
This should be done, only if the applicant is joining the company.
Do we create 14 or 15 infotypes for an applicant, to reimburse them the travel expenses incurred?
Please help.

Hi
You do not have to create all those infotypes for everry applicant; infact i would recommend that you only create thes infotypes for the successful applicants.
You should assign only the relevant infotypes to each action, relevant to your recruitment process, carried out in PB40
