do someone of you know if is available a best practice for the B2B e-commerce scenario for the SAP CRM 7.0?

There currently is not.
What is available is for ERP E-Commerce, which you'd have to find off the ERP menu...might be of some help.
Also, the CRM7 E-Commerce does have a few common features with the CRM E-Service that you can find here:
