Text from Task ends up in order header IW31/IW32

When a specific task from General Task list is choosen the longtext from the task automatically is copied into the orders header longtext.

This is not always the case for all tasks... what on the tasklist can cause this?

This is standard behavior from what I can determine via debugging.

Try raising an OSS Message to SAP to see what they recommend.

The thing is that they do not want any tranferring from tasklist to order header.

I'm not sure why some TLs are not transferring the long text to the order..

Go into the respective maintenance item(s) and ensure that the TL long-text is visible from there:

No it's definitely from the task list long text... and not the operation longtext.

The text is added to header long text every time I add this specific task to the order.

Are you sure its not the maintenance item long text that is being copied to the order header text?
