PO list display - creator of PO field

Hi Gurus ,

Is there any standard PO report in which i can get the ID/name of the creator of the PO in the report's output ?

I have checked ME2n but it does not have 'created by' or 'requisitioner' field in the output .

I have a list of 400 POs and I would like to know the user/creator of these PO. How can I do that. As earlier suggested way of " Created by --> through dynamic selection" is not working for this problem.

How can i get desired output ??

You can find this field at header section of the dynamic selection fileds at selection screen.

But you can not find at display layout.

Make enhancement to the layout with abaper to add one more column "created by"

Hi Agarwal,

Using T-code ME2N std report, the particular login id how many PO created list/report taken as follows.

1) Type ME2N

2) Click Dynamic Icon button (3rd button from the report execute button).

3) Now 2-options shown, drill down 1st option 'Purchasing Document Header" and shown somany field.

4) Double click the 'Created by" field, then open one small window and give login id as a input data.

5) Execute the report, now report shown the particular login id raised PO list.

We can find the PO done by one ID, but in the list, it is not showing any user name or ID.

click on DYNAMIC SELECTIOn (red blue green button)

here in header u will get fireld Created by

give the creater name and execute

even if you execute nomally then also change layout u will get created by field

also under dynamic sel > po item you will get requisitinor field
