We have been testing migrating BusinessObjects authentication to another LDAP server. I attempted to change the settings and I keep getting a timeout. I checked and the ports are open with the firewall, so that isn't the issue.
Is there a way to turn up logging to see what is happening? I haven't been able to see anything in the logs.
The error I'm getting:
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout.
