Dear Experts,

How do we find the active / selected tab in TLN in sap portal? We are using custom masthead and TLN.

We are displaying the active tab name in masthead area. By default it will be filled with 1st tab name in masthead area on load of the portal. Upon clicking on any tab, message in masthead area changes accordingly.

The issue is when we use quick link (like ...irj/portal/WorkItems) it directly lands on 'Work items' tab which is, say 5th tab, on load, but the message is still the 1st tab info on masthead area. The problem is during on load (for the first time).

Can you please share code snippet to get active tab information (text or node id)? Also please let me know how to use/pass information from TLN to Masthead?

Hi Manojkumar

Can you please provide a screenshot for the issue so that I can see where the Tab name is being displayed and is not changing.

In a SAP provided framework page the Iview name or the selected tab name is seen in either toolbar area or in Browser tab and nit in masthead.
