i have integrated outlook with SAP -B1, Now my user wants that the moment he saves the outgoing payment automatically a mail should go to the respective BP for the same. i just wanted to know is there a setting in B1 to automate mails in B1 or it could be triggered by coding
Secondly i want to clarify how to use default text in emails suppose i want to write a default statement and want that it should get selected every time i send mail through B1 it should be reflected i have tried administration-system initialization-services settings-email and signature setting as i have define the signature but it is not showing up on the mail
