Service Contracts - Counter Assignment

Dear Colleagues,

I'm trying to assign a Counter to a Service Contract.

1. Created a Service Product, Conditions maintained, Prod cat Group- SRVP, Category ID - SRV_SRV1.

2. Open Service Contract (CRMD_ORDER), BP, Org etc., maintained.

3. Service Item entered at Item level.

4. under Item level - entered I.Object under Object List.

5. Under Counters Tab a Counter Created & assigned with following data:

App Group: UBB

coun.Cat: copier

Counter TP: 1

Unit of msr : EA

Usg.fun: 0BW4

Min Count: 1

Max Count: 1000

planned time: 2

time unit; YR

6. after all, when i suppose to release Items, I encountered an error saying"No Counter Could be determined".

Note: I can maintain Counter at product level only for Material type not for service Type.

Kindly advise me the issue, If any... Thanks.
