Production order tracking

Hello,

sorry if I'm doubling the topic, but I could'n find the similiar one.

What do we need cover in SAP is the following:

It is needed to have information which employee has worked on which production order, how much pieces he/she made, and how long he/she has worked on that production order.

Does SAP have solution already for this process?

Dear Mirza,

As per SAP

1) Go to CO02, under adminstration you can get the user id, Who Created production order & who

changed the production order

2) Coming to confirmation, you can get the user id you confirmed the Production order. you can get the

details in CO14

3) More over both above details can be tracked in COOIS

Hello Madhu,

thank you for the answer, but that is not what I need. Maybe I didn't give enough information. Ok, in next few sentences I will try to explain:

Current situation: we are using one small application outside of SAP. With this application we are doing the following process: we are importing released production orders from SAP to this application with all relevant information: production order number, operation, release date, quantity, number of employees, needed planned time to finish this order (tempo), working center, etc...

Now, when production order is finished (or operation is finished) every employee who has worked on this order (operation) fill-out one list with these data: employee ID (name), prod.order number, number of produced parts and time spent to produce these parts. And that we are doing for all production workers and we have a lot of these lists and a lot of manual writing to these list. That means, we have planned figures from SAP (from the routings) and we have detail overview about real efficiency of every employee where this info is needed. Comparing planned and real figures give us "efficiency" per every worker (for example, if worker produced more pieces than planned he has over-produce, or let's say 110% of planned and he will get some additional amounts in his sallary) we get report per every worker. That means, with this we know in details who has worked on particular production order and we can see efficiency. And we re doing this for the individual working places and for the production lines as well.

And because we are using SAP, we would like now to move this process into SAP, and to cut-off this application which is outside of SAP. So, is there possibility to implement similiar process in SAP?

Of course, part confirmation is inside SAP and we are using this, but we don't have details which are mentioned above.

Next what is interesting for our production managers is the info how much time production order took to be finished (working on production order started at this and this time, and order is finished on this and this time).

To not confuse you further:), I will stop now with explanations, and I hope that you understood what I meant.

Check the standard SAP report COOIS, Choose confirmations for the order. Check / change the layout & see if you have enough data there.

Dear Mirza ,

Reference to your business process in production , there are plenty of SAP Standard reports available to fullfill your requirement .However , if you need to have all information to be clubbed together in one places , you have to go for Custom developement based the production floor requirement .

To add on this , find bleow SAP standard report which may help you to figure out your requirement :

1.COOIS/-Production Order Information System -Kindly do in-depeth navigation in this fantastic dynamic report for all your information in one place .

Features :

1.COOIS-Order Header -Select Standard -Enter Order Type /Production Plant -Execute , it will display all the production order which REL, GMPS, DELV ,CNF , CLOSE ,TECO etc .Go back to main screen .Select the System Status as per your choice you can get the Order list like Only REL , Only CNF in various permutation n combination .If you double click any order line item u can get inside the order with Change mode-Pencil/Diplay .

If you want to fethech requireerd information , select the Change Lay out -Check Box at top -Drag n drop the filed and arrange accordingly .

2.COOIS-Operation -Select Standard Profile l-Enter Order Type /Production Plant -Execute .It will list all the Operation -Order wise , confirmation number , All operation related time , Actual Labour hrs etc .If you want to fethech requireerd information , select the Change Lay out -Check Box at top -Drag n drop the filed and arrange accordingly

3.COOIS-Capacity -Select Standard Profile l-Enter Order Type /Production Plant -Execute .It will list all the Operation -Order wise , confirmation number , All operation related time , Actual Labour hrs etc .If you want to fethech requireerd information , select the Change Lay out -Check Box at top -Drag n drop the filed and arrange accordingly

Bside that you have COHV/CO46 where you can play around with your requirement .

Dear ,

Did you explore the COOIS-Operation -Standard profile functionality based on Order Type/Plant.I have looked on your requirement which is very much possible through this .You need to Select the Change Lay out option at the header (clourful checker Bos) and identify the releted filed .I am furnishing those field for your requirement :

1.Order Number

2.Material Number

3.Material Description

4..Employee Number (This will come from CO12/CO11N if you have registed in Personal Tab with Time Id )

5.Activity

6.Operation Shot Txt

7.Confirmation Number

8.Confirmted Qty or Confirmed Yeld 1/2/3 as applicable

9.Earliest Sate Date and Earliest Satrt Time

10.Earliest End Date and Earlist End Time

11.Recieved Qty

12.Break

13.Confirmation Hrs .

I hope thses are all the field which are applicable in your case .Make sure that while confirming the Ord in CO11N or CO12 , eneter the personal number /employee number which must be pre configured .

hi Mirza,

If you want to capture personnel data when you are confirming the order, In OPK0, for your profile, in you area selection,

you can add screen related to personel, you can try out different screen options available in standard, if that doesn't satisfy you requirement, there are some freely definalble screen, you can take the help of a techincal consultant in designing the same & assinging it to your confirmation screen.
