Send Alert when customer credit limit exceeded

Dear All,

I am trying to set up Alert Management for a scenario "Whenever the customer credit limit is exceeded at the time of Sales Order creation or at the time of delivery (VL02) certain users should get an e-mail".

I tried it with BOR object - BUS1010 but no alerts were triggered.

Can anyone please help me on how to do it ?
