To delete the Personnel record of contract employee in T n E, which Transaction code is used also the IMG path if possible.

Hi Niranjan,

You can use the transaction PU00 to delete any infotype for any user.

I am getting below error message while using t-code pa30

"Record cannot be deleted (time constraint 1)"

Hi,

In 1 of my assignments which am handling the Travel and Expense Manament. For contract employees the personnel record will be created using the T.code PRMM and while creating the HR Master data selected the ' EE subgroup ' as Z1 rather than Z3. I should use the Z3 subgroup for contract employees.

So that I need to delete the personnel record of the employee and recreate using the Z3 as 'EE subgroup'.

Hi,

go to t-code pa30, put the personnel number for which you need to change the sub group, and then in info type put 00001 and then press enter. Select delete option in the 4th row, it will navigate into the actions tab. Again select delete and confirm your action.

Could you please be more specific on what personnel record you are going to delete.

All the personnel details comes from HR master data for travel management system. You can view/delete the same PA30.

Menu Path : SAP menu > Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > HR Master Data HR > PA30 - Maintain
