Hi,
Is it possible to capture the Start Date, End Date and the Turn Around Time (TAT) when,
1. User A forwards a Work Item to User B as a Document. The Document contains the Order Number. It will then be available in 'Documets' folder of User B.
2. User B looks at the Document, takes appropriate action and either deletes the document or forwards to User C.
Start Date/Time --> Date/Time at which User B receives the Document,
End Date/Time --> Date/Time at which User B either deletes the Document OR forwards to User C.
Please do let me know if there are any standard workflow tables that will have this information. When a document is forwarded as a document, I'm not sure how the corresponding Work item ID can be captured. Your help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
