Sales Order creation

Hi All,

My requirement is I need to create Sales Orders in back ground and finally one file should be generated which contains Sales Orders those are created.

1) Can you please suggest me which method is usefull here amomg LSMW, BDC, and Sales Order creation using BAPIs.
