Hi All,
We have an issues where the asset is acquired on 1985-01-01 and uploaded the values into SAP on 31-10-2007 with the useful life of 25years. During the upload they have provided some 75Lacks USD values incorrectly and the data team is uploaded as usual in TAX Dep Area. The asset is deactivated on 17-12-2009. Now they realised during the tax submittion and they identified this asset which is causing the huge difference.
Now they want to correct this legacy error after deactivating the asset. Please note that all the posting periods of 2009 is already closed. The dep area 10 (Area Posts APC and Depreciation on Periodic Basis) is getting postings in real time.
Kindly can any one through some light how can we correct this error.
