Regarding ESI Calculation for employees

Hi Friends,

For ESI calculation for employees(Indian payroll) client has 2 different types of calculations. One type for Staff and another for workers. For Staff: Basic+DA+Attendance Bonus+Over Time has been taken for calculation. In the case of workers: Basic + Variable DA+Additional payments+HRA+Attendance Bonus+Special allowance+Over Time payment has been taken for calculation. Kindly provide suggestions to handle this requirement.
