File Content is not displayed in payloads in MONI

Hi Experts,

I have done scenario file to file without IR. just sending the file from one app server to other bu FTP.

Earlier i was on NW 2004s version. My interface was working fine in production and also i can view content of the file in

payloads in sxmb_moni.

Recently our XI system got upgraded to PI 7.1 version. I have tested all other interfaces such as RFC, SOAP, JDBC and others

they are working fine.. and even file to file without IR interface is also working fine.. i can see PI system able to pick the file

from source FTP server and able to place in Traget FTP server.

But here when i tried to view the content in payloads in moni i am unable to view the data... iam getting error as below..

Last line in below error " MTL_SYSTEM... is nothing but first line of the file.. but remaining data i am not able to view... but file is

successfully getting transfered to other location without ant errors.

" The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Hi Swetha ,

in Bypass scenario if you are fetching a flat file from source to target some time you are not able to view the file in payload .However it does not make any difference as you are simply tunnling the file not doing any transformation with it .

If it is a flat file in sender CC just make 1 .file type as bin or 2 . file type as text and encoding as UTF-8 and then check you can view the file content or not .check with both bin and text ( one by one ) .might be you will able to view payload in MONI with any one of that setting in sender CC .

Hi Swetha,

Check the content is valid xml format or not, like are you transfering XML message or flat file,

if it is flat file then it will not disply in MONI.

Hi RajaSekhar,

I am sending the Flat File not XML message.

But earlier i am able to view the data in payloads.. but now i am not able to view data in poayloads.. any specific reason with

PI 7.1..

In sender CC i have given all required parameters such as fily type text, encoding type as UTF - 8 and all others such as AMSP.

The problem is because of the "special character- &" in the input file.

use file type as text & File Encoding --- UTF-8

I am also facing same issue in PI 7.1 EHP1. I have created flat structure using XSLT mapping. But i am not able to see file content in the payload. Same scenario I have worked in XI and i was able to the file content in the payload.

Any extra settings require in PI 7.1?
