display contracts Issue

Hi gurus,

When we access VA42 for a contract,

we go to EXtras- Technical Objects to assign the serial numbers.

But when we go to display mode in VA43 and on the menu selecting the same Extras-Technical objects system does not display anything.

The issue is we want users to be able to display the same details as maintained in VA42 transaction.

Is it SAP standard or we can config ?

If it is standard any clues of how to and what is the user-exit or modification we have to implement ?

No, it is not standard behavior. You should be able to see your assignments in VA43. Unless you ran into an Update error while saving the contract, or there are some authorization issues.

For whatever it is worth, take a look at OSS notes 1147475 and 1145600.
