Regarding execution vs debugging

Hi ,

I am using base data cleanse transformation to parse the material description. I am facing the different kind of problem . My source contains around 300 records. But while executing the job its giving wrong results if source exceeds 100 but its giving correct results while debugging the job. Upto 100 records its giving correct data after that its giving wrong result.

for exampe

NOUN MODIFIER INSIDEDIA OUTSIDE DIA THICKNESS SPEED CURRENT VOLTAGE

BALL BEARING 1.2 ID X 1-5/6 OD X .56 TH BEARING BALL 1.2 IN 200V 1500 RPM

MOTOR 16 A 200 V 1500RPM MOTOR 16A 1-5/6 IN .56 TH

what i mean is its showing wrong mapping ( some other record description parsed values)if records exceeds 100.

Please help me in this problem
