No transaction number is displayed

Hi Gurus, how are you?

We are implementing CRM 7.0 and and I´m facing an issue regarding the creation of follow-up activites. The thing is that after saving the follow-up activity, the system informs me that the transaction has been created Ok but it does not inform me what number it has.

Could you please help me out? Points will be granted for your help.
