Could someone give me a few scenerios why BOE stops running the reports that are scheduled to run on a nightly basis.
One reason I found is the 'CMS' stops running, not sure what's causing it. Last night, the schduler did not pick up any of the reports that were scheduled to run and neither did it generate a failed alert email. I checked the CMS status to make sure and fortunately or unfortunately that was not the cause of the problem.
Any suggestions or advise is greatly appreciated.
