SAP HR-PD-Appraisals-Final Appraiser's name in the Header

Hi Experts!

We are implementing Appraisals -PD Module wherein we have 3 levels of Appraisers for an Appraisee.In the Appraisal document, Client has the requirement that in header we must get Part Appraisal 1 by--

(Name of the Appraiser), Part Appraisal 2 by -

(Name of the Appraiser) and Final Appraisal by--

(Name).

We are getting the part appraisers names but not the final appraiser's name..

Please suggest the solutions on the same.
