Message Nofications not showing in monitor or solution

I installed the Service Desk for Solution Manager 7 EHP1. I am able to create messages from satellite systems and do job requests successfully. However, the messages do not show in the monitor or my solutions. What could be the problem?

    Hi

    Have you activated all the BC sets

    In crm_dno_monitor check if the message comes with names etc filled for reported by...Business Partner is required for the same.

    Hello,

    All BC sets are activated that I found documentation on.

    As I created the messages, I am set up as BP, employee, administrator, and sold-to-party for the iBase. I see no messages at all. I created 10 test messages and none show.

    I determined that the issue was due to Business Partner assignment and support org. The notifications are now working. Thanks for the feedback.
